Strike for HOPE: CHF Giving Hope Bowling Tournament Recap

On Saturday, April 20, the Chris Hope Foundation hosted the Giving HOPE Bowling Tournament, presented by Blue Sky Couriers. With the incredible generosity of our supporters, we were able to reserve almost all the lanes at Billy Hardwick’s All Star Lanes, turning the venue into a hub of joy and camaraderie.

The tournament was not only about strikes and spares but about giving hope to families with children battling chronic illness. Every participant, sponsor, and donor played a vital role in facilitating our mission to make a difference in the lives of these families, and for that, we are immensely grateful. It was heartwarming to see everyone gather for a common cause and embody the true essence of community and compassion.

Throughout the tournament, participants had the chance to win fantastic prizes for their bowling skills. Whether it was scoring the highest or pulling off an impressive spare, everyone had the opportunity to walk away a winner. But the excitement didn’t stop there. Guests also had the chance to participate in a silent auction and raffle prizes, adding an extra element of anticipation to the day’s festivities.

As the day drew to a close, five lucky winners were chosen to take home a special prize, adding a delightful conclusion to an already memorable event. Their smiles and enthusiasm were a testament to the happiness that filled the room throughout the day.

We want to extend a heartfelt thank you to all our sponsors for their generous support: The Barefoot Bride, Blue Sky Couriers, Crisea, Memphis Police Association Charitable Foundation, Moxey Memphis, Parker Prints, Pinnacle Financial Partners, Signs First of Desoto, and UPS Employees Credit Union. Their commitment to our cause played a significant role in making the tournament a resounding success.

We also want to thank each and every individual who participated in the Giving Hope Bowling Tournament. Your dedication is what makes events like these possible, and it is because of you that we can continue to provide hope and aid to families whose children are facing the challenges of chronic illness. Together, we are making a difference in the lives of those who need it most!
