Thanks to those who support the CHF Happy Hearts fund, sweet Gavin received new toys to brighten his stay at Le Bonheur Children’s Hospital. His face lit up when he saw that he could draw and color from his bed, and even make bubbles with his new firetruck bubble blaster! We bet he looks adorable in his new Spiderman face mask.

Gavin arrived at Le Bonheur about a week ago after he had an asthma attack and needed oxygen. This was the first time Gavin had been in the hospital, but he was very brave through the whole situation. He’s now feeling better and looks forward to playing!
“Kid of the Month” is a partnership between Le Bonheur nurses and the CHF Happy Hearts program to help bring joy to young patients who are in treatment. Donations to CHF support Happy Hearts and our other programs for families.
