Kid of the Month – Trevor

Meet Trevor: Our Kid of the Month for January! 

Trevor has spent approximately 400 days in Le Bonheur Children’s Hospital. He came into the NICU as a small, premature baby born at only 26 weeks. Now, Trevor is a big, happy 18 month old! His hospitalization has had many ups and downs, but he is now doing so well both medically and developmentally. He loves to smile, play with toys, and bounce in his jumper. He keeps the NICU staff smiling with just how much he loves to play. Trevor’s mom enjoyed her first ever trip to the gift shop to pick out sweet gifts to help her and Trevor through his admission.

Each month, a child life specialist at Le Bonheur picks out a child for us. We’re truly blessed to have so many special fighters in our lives.
